The Administrative Law team of Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia is formed by specialized professionals with training in the field, and aims to provide services in the most diverse segments of this area of Law, acting with emphasis in cases related to public employees, public exams, competitive bids and administrative contracts, expropriations, administrative accountability, et alli.

In the advisory sphere, our main actions are toclarify clients’ doubts regarding the administrative legislation – including the legal situation of public employees – and the analysis of rules that regulate each public exam, competitive bids and administrative contracts, all of which are activities daily performed by our Firm.

In the litigation sphere, besides acting before administrative bodies, offering answers and appeals to a large variety of Governmental Agencies and Departments and participating in public hearings, our Team also acts before the Courts in all the necessary levels.
