Founded on February, 1998 by Flávio de Queiroz Bezerra Cavalcanti, Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia operates, mostly, in the Northeast Region of Brazil, providing legal services with the agility and promptness required by clients that are always looking for the finest service.

In order to assure the maximum efficiency of our activities, the Firm holds a solid operational and administrative structure, integrated by a large staff and a permanent externalassistance in strategic management, human resources and finances.
Seeking technical perfection and also to motivate our entire Team, Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia constantly invests in the development and growth of its staff members. Through internal support – courses, lectures, debates, periodic performance evaluation – and external incentives- scholarship funds and subsidies for graduation, MBA, master and doctorate degrees, workshops, etc. – the Firm facilitates the enhancement and the fulfillment of its professionals.
Still following the compromise to develop people’s capacities and abilities, and aware of their role as members of the civil society, Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia members have created a nonprofit philanthropic association, called“QueroCrescer”, which assists other institutions devoted to children and adolescents’ education.
As a result of the combination of technique, management strategy and ethical value, Queiroz Cavalcanti has been presenting a solid and structured growth as aconsequence of the ongoingand deserved trust of its clients, to which it does anything to honor. For several editions in a roll, Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia was referred to in the well-known national annual magazine called the Analyses ofthe “Most Admired in the Law” (Análise dos “MaisAdmirados do Direito”). In the 2009 edition, the partner Flávio de Queiroz Bezerra Cavalcanti was the first person from Northeast Brazilto be indicated as one of the most admired professionals of Law.
