In a particular manner we follow the most modern and accurate management programs. In order to assure the Firm´s sustainable growth, these programs are supported by a Strategic Management and Quality Control Advisory.
The PDCA method, the Firm´s management foundation, ensures the predictability of results. The methodology involves the establishment of goals and procedures for strategic and customary activities, continuously solving the imperfections in order to achieve the appropriate excellence level.
Also, one of our managing strategies includes the Management by the Goals. In a way to achieve more challenging results, an annual planning is prepared where the legal and organizational goals and aims are defined.
On the other hand, within the operational scope, the Routine Management is carried out. This tool is also used in the creation and control of routines specifically developed for case management of specific clients, according to their specificities, ensuring higher efficiency in the service provided.
To support this activity, we have implemented the 5S Method, a Japanese practice that, in addition to optimize the Routine Management, promotes the inclusion of individuals in an atmosphere of economy, organization, cleanliness, hygiene and discipline; the keys to a productive and enjoyable environment.

The first incentive mechanism used by us is the granting of subsidies for professional training, according to objective criteria previously defined. Graduation and specialization scholarships are provided to the employees. For the lawyers, the Firm sponsors graduation in law-related courses, MBA, masters and doctorate degrees, some of them in other States or even in other countries. Finally, for the interns, the Firm provides assistance for their participation in courses, workshops and conferences.
Also, senior attorneys of Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia conduct short term courses, internal lectures and study groups of different subjects, for constant improvement and renewal of its members’knowledge.
Another tool used by the Firm to motivate the human enhancement is its internal recruitment politics, whose objective is to provide promotion opportunities to employees, attorneys and interns that are already part of our staff.
